The Velocity Window Monitor
Most platforms decide a post's fate in the first 60-90 minutes — early velocity (engagement per minute) tells the algorithm whether to push or bury. You can read the signal live and act on it.

The SOP:
1. Note the post time and check engagement at the 30-minute mark.
2. Compare against your own baseline (your median 30-min number).
3. Below baseline: drop the seeded first comment, share to your warm channel, or DM 3 people who reliably engage.
4. Above baseline: leave it alone — don't disturb a post that's flying.
5. Log first-hour velocity per post to refine your best posting windows.

Input: a fresh post. Output: a rescue-or-leave call made on time.
Run it weekly.
