The claim: a thread posts a 30-day revenue chart, hockey-stick up, captioned "this is what leaving Ezoic does."
The asterisk: the start date is a Tuesday in late August — a seasonal trough, mid-week, post-summer-slump. The end date is a Friday in mid-December. Any 30-day window with those endpoints looks like a rocket.
🚩 Hidden variable: the cropped baseline. Pull the chart back to 12 months and the "212%" is the normal seasonal saw-tooth every publisher rides, network-agnostic.
They didn't lie about the numbers. They chose the two dates that make the numbers tell a story.
Not saying the switch hurt — saying a 30-day chart with hand-picked endpoints is a Rorschach test, and the network is whatever the poster already believed.
