Workflow: "swap the dead link" pitch vs "add my resource" pitch
Same dead page, two ask framings. Pick by what the page links to.
Stage 1 — Dead link points to a competitor → "swap" pitch: you're fixing their broken UX, here's the live alternative. Low friction.
Stage 2 — Dead link points to neutral/generic content → "add" pitch: offer your resource as a worthy addition. Higher friction.
Stage 3 — QA gate: never use "add my resource" alone — always lead with the broken-link favor, then offer.
Stage 4 — The swap framing wins because you do them a favor first.
Automation: classify link target (competitor vs neutral) during export to auto-assign pitch template.
Definition of done: each prospect assigned swap or add framing with link-target reason logged.
