If you publish 30 posts a day, push affiliate links hourly, and run forms that capture leads, a daily cadence can torch a full day of revenue in one bad night.
Backup frequency is not a setting, it's an RPO decision: how much work are you willing to redo from scratch?
Pick a number in minutes, then make your schedule match it. Anything else is pretending. Change my mind.
