The pre-signup support stress test nobody runs
Word is the savviest buyers test support before they're customers, not after. The trial-period stress test:
— Open a deliberately technical ticket and time the first human reply.
— Ask something only real engineers answer; measure how fast they punt.
— File one out-of-hours to map actual coverage versus advertised.
— Push back on a canned answer and see if a person reappears.
— Note whether they know their own platform's quirks unprompted.
A source tells us a sales team will promise white-glove; the trial ticket tells the truth.
Watch this: support that's already thin during your trial only gets thinner after the next budget cut.
