One @graph vs many script blocks: how you wire entities together
A page often needs Organization, WebPage, BreadcrumbList, Article, Author. Two ways to ship it: scattered separate tags, or one connected @graph. They're not equivalent.
— Separate blocks: each type floats alone; Google can usually stitch them, but cross-references break easily
— Single @graph with @id anchors: you explicitly link author to article to publisher — the relationships are declared, not inferred
What it means for you: the @graph approach with stable @id values (e.g. #organization, #author) lets you reference the same entity across types without repeating it, and survives template changes. Scattered blocks invite duplicate, conflicting entity definitions that confuse parsers about which Organization is canonical. Watch this: AI systems building entity graphs strongly prefer explicit @id linkage — a connected @graph is increasingly the difference between being parsed as one coherent entity and three fragments.
