Heard more tools are moving to per-seat billing (you pay per logged-in teammate). Run the audit before renewal:

List active seats vs people who've logged in this quarter.

Revoke ex-employees and one-off freelancers still holding licenses.

Check whether 'view-only' roles bill the same as full — often they don't, downgrade them.

Consolidate duplicate logins (people with two accounts).
