My A/B hook test protocol (clean, not vibes)
Stopped guessing which hook is better. I run a controlled test:
— Same reel body, two different first-3-seconds, nothing else changes
— Post 48-72h apart, same day-of-week, same time slot
— Compare ONLY first-hour reach-per-follower, ignore the final number
— Winner becomes the template, loser's structure goes in the 'avoid' note
'Question hook' beat 'statement hook' 3 tests running for me. Do this today: take your next idea, write two openings, and ship the first one — film the second now so the test is ready.
