Sorry. It shows a clean studio mockup of a thing that ships covered in mud.

The comparison: the SERP simulator versus the actual live SERP. The simulator renders your title and description in isolation, on a white background, exactly as written. The live SERP renders your listing next to ads, sitelinks, an AI overview eating the top third, "People also ask," and — crucially — Google's rewrite of your title and description, which it does whenever it decides yours fits worse than body text.

So the preview is useful for one job: checking pixel-truncation before you publish. Beyond that it's fiction. It can't show you that your title gets rewritten, that a featured snippet sits above you, or that your result is position 1 of the organic block at scroll-depth four.

The honest check is to actually search the query — incognito, de-personalized — and look at where your listing really lands and what really renders.
