The five-line review. List what triggered your current plan, often one feature you used once. Check your actual usage against the plan limits, are you at 10% of bandwidth on a business tier? Count CMS items vs your cap, the jump to the next tier is usually a cliff you should plan for. Note any add-ons you bolted on that the higher tier includes free. Compare annual vs monthly, the discount is real but locks you in. People auto-renew the plan a freelancer picked two years ago and overpay by hundreds.
