Word is silent webhook failures are the new way schedulers drop posts without telling you. Build a tripwire:

List every webhook connecting your tools (Zapier, native, custom).

Add a 'canary' post to a private channel daily so you SEE failures fast.

Turn on the tool's delivery-failure email if it has one (most bury it in settings).
—
Log retry behavior — some retry silently, some just drop.
No error message is the scariest error. Watching this.
