Reviving a flop instead of mourning it
Had a reel die at 800 views with a great idea inside. Didn't delete — I rebuilt:
— Pulled the one line that got the most rewatch from the graph
— Made THAT line the new hook at frame 1
— Swapped the dead audio for a rising sound under 40k uses
— Reposted 9 days later as a fresh upload, not a repost
Same core idea hit 14k the second time. The idea wasn't bad — the open was. Today: pick a dead reel with a good middle and re-cut it so the strongest line opens it.
