GPT outlines are an average of the internet's training data. Confident, generic, already-ranked-by-someone-else structure.
What actually moves rank: a header-by-header scrape of the top 5 LIVE results, then finding the question NONE of them answer.
My flow:
— Pull the H2/H3s from positions 1-5 (Frog or a quick scraper).
— Stack them. Spot the consensus structure AND the gap.
— Write to the gap. That's the angle GPT can't see because it's not in the SERP yet.
The outline isn't the value. The gap is. Go find one.
