Before trusting any report, prove your goal event really works. Spending while the pixel is broken is the costliest beginner mistake. Let's check it.

— First: open Events Manager, find your goal event, and look for a green Active status.
— Next: do a test purchase or sign-up yourself, then watch the Test Events tab for it to appear within seconds.
