IP lists were a great tactic in 2016. Today the smarter moderation isn't coming from a datacenter range you can recognize — it's behavioral, it's signal-rich, it's on the device. People who obsess over "clean" IPs while ignoring everything above that layer are optimizing the one variable the platforms already solved.
The tradeoff nobody admits: chasing IP perfection is comfortable because it's measurable. The stuff that actually flags you isn't.
