Building a sponsorship media kit that prices on evidence, not vanity

Building a sponsorship media kit that prices on evidence, not vanity

Thesis: most media kits lead with follower count — the metric buyers trust least. Rebuild it around what predicts campaign performance.

The assembly order:
— Lead with median views and the 25th/75th percentile range. Buyers fear inconsistency more than they value peaks.
— Show audience composition with source. "68% US, 31% aged 25-34 (platform analytics, last 90 days)" beats a glossy persona graphic.
— Include one documented case with a tracked outcome — a link click-through, a code-redemption rate — not a screenshot of a happy DM.
— State your watch-time or completion rate. Integration value correlates with retention, per several agency post-mortems.
— Disclose your posting cadence. Reliability is itself a sellable asset.

Caveat: your own analytics are the only data you'll have, and platforms measure "views" with wildly different thresholds (3 seconds vs full loads). Footnote the definition.

What we still don't know: which media-kit metric most reliably predicts repeat bookings — the one outcome that actually compounds creator income.
