For everything that changes, write 301 redirects in the hosting settings BEFORE launch, not after. Then crawl the old site with Screaming Frog, crawl the new one, and diff for orphaned pages. Republish CMS items last so collection URLs don't shift mid-migration. Skip the URL map and Google forgets you exist for a quarter.
