→ Scaling Tier-3 on CPC, ignoring monetization. India, Pakistan, Nigeria deliver enormous cheap volume — but if your offer has no local payout rail or advertiser demand there, it's traffic you can't bank. Fix: confirm the demand side (payout, advertiser appetite) before scaling the supply side.

→ Vanity reach. Huge impression counts and tiny CPMs flatter dashboards while net revenue stays flat.

→ Mismatch with offer caps. Many CPA offers explicitly exclude Tier-3 GEOs; you'll buy clicks that the advertiser won't pay for.
