The Format Mining SOP
Most teams chase ideas. Operators harvest formats. Run this to build a stocked format library before you need it.
□ 1. Open the top 50 posts in your niche from the last 30 days.
□ 2. Strip the topic. Write only the structure (the repeatable skeleton): hook line, body shape, payoff.
□ 3. Tag each skeleton: list, before/after, POV, tier-rank, fill-in-the-blank.
□ 4. Keep skeletons that appear 3+ times. Those are proven, not luck.
□ 5. File each as a one-line template with a swap slot.
Input: 50 posts. Output: 6-10 reusable skeletons.
Run it weekly.
