Scaling a method you haven't stress-tested is a trap
Hot take: people see one account survive a week and immediately spin up fifty, convinced they cracked it. That's not validation, that's a small sample and a big ego. One survivor proves nothing — it might've just not been looked at yet. Then the whole cohort dies together and they're stunned. The mistake is mistaking "hasn't failed yet" for "works." The fix is statistical honesty: survival under no scrutiny isn't survival. Scale exposes you to attention you never tested against.
