Nobody scrubs 8% by mistake. When a network 'invalidates' leads in a tight, suspicious band right under your payout threshold, that's a tuned dial, not QA. The tell: ask for the rejection reasons per lead. Honest networks hand you a CSV. Scrubbers give you a percentage and a shrug.

If they can't show you <i>which</i> leads died and <i>why</i>, assume the worst.
