Reverse it. Pitch 3 titles + 2 lines each. Let them PICK the angle they want. Then write.

Why: editors have a content calendar in their head. Your finished masterpiece probably fights it. A title menu lets them slot you in.

I write zero words until I get a 'yeah, do title 2.' Cut my wasted writing time to basically nothing.
