Build a dead-simple sheet today. Columns:
— Site, contact, date pitched, status, link URL, anchor, dofollow Y/N
That's it. Seven columns. I check 'live links' monthly and ~1 in 20 quietly vanished or turned nofollow after publish. Without the sheet I'd never catch it.
Your brain is not a CRM. Stop pretending it is. Make the sheet before your next send.
