Stop quoting per-message. Build one grid, send the same link every time. Standardize pricing and you stop underbilling.
<b>Step 1.</b> Define a base deliverable: one 30s vertical, one revision, raw + edited.
<b>Step 2.</b> Build three columns — Solo (base), Bundle (3 videos, -10%), Retainer (8/mo, -20%).
<b>Step 3.</b> Add line-item add-ons: usage rights (+40%), whitelisting (+25%), hook variants (+$X each), rush (+50%).
<b>Step 4.</b> Put exclusivity and raw-footage as separate paid lines, never free.
<b>Step 5.</b> Lock it in a PDF with a version number.
When a lead asks "how much," you send the card, not a paragraph. Update the version quarterly. Rinse and repeat.
