The metric that gets people scammed

The metric that gets people scammed

This week's recurring theme across forums: buyers still judging a niche edit by a single third-party score.

— A Reddit thread in r/juststart documents a DA-60 placement that passed zero referring-domain authority because the host's entire profile was rented links.
— An agency blog breaks down why DA/DR is trivially inflatable with PBN spam and tiered junk, so it tells you nothing about whether this URL ranks.
— A Facebook group post recommends checking the host page's own organic traffic and keyword rankings, not the domain average.

Editor's note: the fix everyone converges on is pulling the specific page's traffic and ranking keywords before you pay, and ignoring the sitewide number entirely. A strong domain with a dead host page passes you nothing.

Pick of the week: the agency teardown on why page-level traffic beats domain-level scores every time.
