You're emailing the wrong human
Classic miss: you pitch the address on the Contact page. That's the editor's spam folder. Nobody who can publish you reads it.

The fix:
— Open a recent post in the section you'd write for. Copy the author's name.
— Find THAT person on LinkedIn or their personal site.
— Pattern-guess the email (firstname@domain), verify with a free checker.

I swapped 'editor@' for the named writer on 40 sites last week. Reply rate doubled, no exaggeration. The contact form is where pitches go to die.
