The testimonial block on a nutra pre-lander should look like it was screenshot from a real comment thread, not designed by your team.
What to keep IN that your designer wants to remove:
— Typos, lowercase, run-on sentences.
— Mundane specifics ("my sister's bbq," not "a social event").
— Mild doubt: "wasn't sure at first but..."
Polish reads as paid. Roughness reads as peer. The doubter segment scans testimonials for fakeness signals — clean grammar is the loudest one.
Frame these as creative/social-proof testing, keep them honest.
