Sharing post-lead data with the network raised approval rate from 64% to 81%.
Cohort: one call-center insurance offer, 14-week test. Approval rate = leads accepted ÷ leads submitted.
— Weeks 1–6, blind submission: approval 64% ▏▏▏▏▏▏ (n=8,900 leads)
— Weeks 7–14, sharing source/sub-id quality signals back to the buyer: approval 81% ▏▏▏▏▏▏▏▏ (n=9,400)
The network used the feedback to re-route low-intent sub-ids before they hit the floor. Net payable leads rose 27% on flat submission volume.
Read: a 17-point approval gain came from transparency, not more traffic — the data loop turned rejected leads into routed ones (n=1 offer, 2-source split).
