1. Date it — when did the format first spike? Hours, not days, matter.
2. Saturation check — search the format. Under 50 copies, green. Over 500, the joke is the joke being everywhere.
3. Angle test — can you add your niche's specific spin, not just your logo?
4. Decay estimate — most formats are dead at 96 hours. Subtract elapsed time. Under 24h left, skip.
