A 40-citation cleanup outranked a chain with 10x the links

What the analysis surfaced:
— 40 local citations, but name/address/phone mismatched across 23 of them (old suite number, two phone formats)
— 6 directory listings still pointing at a dead pre-rebrand URL bleeding link value into a 404

— 301'd the dead directory links to live pages
The outcome: the practice moved into the local 3-pack for 'dentist + city' and overtook a chain sitting on ~400 referring domains. The chain had volume; this practice had clean signals pointing at live, consistent pages.
