Most edit case studies are national affiliate plays. These three are local.
— An agency blog: 5 edits into regional 'best of [city]' lists for a dental client, map-pack movement from position 6 to 3 over 10 weeks (they credit edits plus citations).
— A forum post on a plumber site — 3 edits into local news roundups, one service-area page entered the local 3-pack.
— Also circulating: a case warning that national edits did nothing for a hyperlocal target, only geo-relevant host pages moved the needle.
Editor's note: the geo-relevance point recurs in all three — host-page locality seems to matter more here than DR.
