Only promote stores that don't fumble at checkout

Learned this the hard way. I drove perfect traffic to a brand whose checkout took 6 steps and asked for an account. CVR was garbage. Not my fault — theirs.

Now I test checkout BEFORE I promote anything. Add to cart, go to pay, count the friction.

Green flags: guest checkout, Shop Pay / express buttons, mobile-clean, under 3 steps.

Red flags: forced account, surprise shipping cost on the last screen, no express pay.

Same commission, but a smooth checkout converts double. You're paid on completed sales, not clicks.

Test the checkout on your top program today. If it fumbles, find a better store.
