Junior Affiliate Manager | iGaming

After 6+ years in the iGaming industry, we are expanding our international presence and looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team.

What you will do

Search for and establish relationships with new affiliate partners.
Negotiate partnership terms and develop long-term cooperation.
Work with CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid models.
Analyze affiliate traffic quality and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis and apply insights to optimize affiliate activities.
Acquire, activate and retain affiliates.
Support partners with technical requests and required integrations/settings.
Track performance and achieve agreed KPIs.
Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings, calls, emails, and industry events.

What we are looking for

6+ months of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
(however, if you have strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to develop in iGaming, we are also open to considering candidates without previous experience)
Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
Experience working with affiliate traffic and partner performance analysis.
Existing network of affiliate partners will be a strong advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to approach tasks proactively and comprehensively.
Russian/Ukrainian - C1 level.
English - B2+ level.
Spanish or Arabic - C2 level (required for 2 positions to work with specific GEOs).
