Fallback offer routing — capture the clicks you already paid for

When the primary offer is paused, capped, or geo-blocks a click, default behavior is a dead 404. You paid for that click. Catch it.

Build the fallback chain:
— 1. Primary offer with conditions: this GEO, this device, cap not hit.
— 2. Auto-detect dead offers. Configure the tracker to health-check offer URLs (or use offer status from API). A 404/expired offer must auto-route to fallback, not swallow the click.
— 3. Geo/device fallback tiers. Click from an untargeted GEO → route to a smartlink or a broad-GEO offer instead of discarding it.
— 4. Cap-aware routing. When the primary hits its daily cap, the rule must fail over to a backup offer automatically — set this BEFORE you hit the cap, not after the loss.
— 5. Last-resort house page. If nothing matches, a relevant content/email-capture page beats a blank error. Recover an email instead of nothing.

The one to never skip: a paused offer that still receives traffic. If your source keeps sending while the offer is dead, every click is pure loss until the fallback catches it.

Test by manually pausing the primary and confirming clicks land on the fallback within seconds.

Run this before every launch.
