Vet the site before you write a word
I almost wrote 1,500 words for a site that sells links to everyone. Caught it just in time.
My 60-second check: open their recent posts, count outbound do-follow links to random casinos/CBD/loans. More than 3 sketchy ones per post? It's a link farm. Run.
Also check if every "guest author" links to a different unrelated business. Tell-tale.
Dropped 6 sites off my list this week doing this. Saved myself from toxic neighborhoods.
Look before you leap. Go do it.
