The received wisdom: volume trains the algo and keeps you in rotation. Repeated by people who confuse activity with progress.
Why it's wrong: there's no "keep-alive" mechanic — a dormant account's next good video performs fine. Worse, three rushed videos a day split your first-batch test pool and bury your best work under your worst. You're competing against yourself for the same initial audience seed.
What's actually true: cadence helps you <i>learn faster</i> and gives the system more samples, but only if quality holds. One sharp video beats three filler ones for both reach and follows.
The algorithm isn't hungry. You're just confusing motion with momentum.
