Myth: only .com matters, everything else is worthless

📌 Pick of the day: .io and .ai for tech, .co for startups when the .com is gone. Not equal to .com, but far from worthless.
— The honest caveat: most new gTLDs (.xyz, .online) still resell poorly. The myth is the absolutism, not the .com preference. Match the extension to where the buyer actually lives.
