Spread your first budget thin, on purpose
Got $50 and itching to spend? Here is how beginners waste it, and how to not.
The waste: pouring all $50 into one offer, one page, one traffic setup. If that single bet is wrong, and most first bets are, you learn one thing for $50.
The better way: run a few small tests instead of one big one. You are not trying to profit yet. You are buying information about what works.
Tiny example. With $50:
— Bad plan: $50 on offer A. It flops. You know offer A failed and nothing else.
— Good plan: test three offers at around $6 each first ($18). One shows life. Now put the remaining $30 behind that one, confidently.
Same money, but the second plan finds a winner before committing. You spent a small amount to avoid a large mistake.
The principle behind it: cheap information first, then spend behind proof. Never scale something you have not seen convert at small size.
A gentle warning the other way: do not go so small that you get one or two conversions and call it. Each mini test still needs a few leads to mean anything, which is why around three times the payout per test is a sane floor.
Next step: before spending, divide your budget into a few test chunks and a larger scaling chunk you only unlock after one test shows real conversions.
