Turn support tickets into Q&A pages that rank and deflect repeat questions
Your inbox already tells you what people search for. Pull out tickets that repeat the same intent: setup problems, compatibility checks, refunds, limits, troubleshooting, and “does this work with X?” questions.
Turn each one into a public page with a clear structure: the question as the title, a short direct answer first, then steps, edge cases, and a brief “when to contact support” note. Keep the wording plain and match the language customers actually use, not internal product jargon.
Make the page useful for both humans and search: add one primary answer, a few related subquestions, screenshots if needed, and internal links to docs or product pages. If a ticket has multiple possible causes, separate them instead of hiding everything in one long paragraph. Short pages beat bloated ones.
Before publishing, strip private details, merge near-duplicate tickets, and avoid inventing a question nobody asked. The best Q&A pages solve one real problem cleanly and give searchers a fast path to the next step.
