5 fulfillment red flags to check before adding a seller’s product to your showcase
A strong product can still hurt your results if the seller ships late, sends the wrong item, or ignores support requests. Check fulfillment quality before you spend time on content or paid traffic.
Look for these warning signs:
• Vague shipping windows or no clear processing time
• Reviews mentioning missing, damaged, or incorrect items
• Repeated complaints about tracking not updating
• Product photos that do not match customer reviews
• Seller replies that avoid direct questions
Ask the seller specific questions: Where do orders ship from? How quickly are they usually processed? What happens when an item is lost or arrives damaged? Clear, consistent answers matter more than a polished storefront.
If possible, place a test order before promoting at scale. Check packaging, delivery accuracy, tracking, product quality, and how quickly the seller responds when you raise a routine issue. Keep notes so you can compare sellers objectively.
A product is only worth showcasing when the seller can reliably deliver the experience your content promises.
