Here's the 3-step revival that 2x'd reply-clicks for people I've watched do it:
— Pin AFTER 50 comments, not at upload. An early pin sits at zero engagement and signals nothing
— Write it as a reply to a real viewer question, not an ad. "Someone asked which tool — it's [link]" outperforms "Grab it here"
— Re-pin a fresh version at the 30-day mark when the video catches a search wave
