SOP: kill a thin page before it ships
Run this gate on every template variant before the batch goes live.

— Step 1 (Editor): Count unique words rendered from data, excluding boilerplate header/footer/nav. Gate: ≥120 unique tokens or fail.
— Step 2 (Editor): Strip the templated sentences. Gate: if the remaining body reads identically to a sibling URL with one noun swapped, fail.
— Step 3 (Data): Verify ≥3 data fields are populated and non-null. Gate: any core field empty → page routes to a holding state, not index.
— Step 4 (SEO): Confirm at least one module is unique to this entity (a stat, a list, a computed comparison). Gate: zero unique modules → fail.
— Step 5 (SEO): Check the page answers the head query in the first 100 words. Gate: fail if the answer is below the fold.

Pages that fail go to noindex,follow and a backlog queue, not the trash. Re-run the gate when data fills in.

Ship gate: don't publish until all boxes are checked.
