Geo means the country you target. Networks sort countries into tiers. Tier 1 is wealthy (US, UK, Germany), Tier 3 is cheaper traffic (India, Indonesia, Brazil).
For a first push campaign:
— 1. Start in Tier 3. Clicks cost cents, so learning is affordable.
— 2. Pick one country, not a whole region.
— 3. Match it to an offer that accepts that country.
— 4. Once profitable, carefully test a Tier 1 country with more budget.
Beginners burn cash in Tier 1 because each click is expensive. Learn cheap first.
Try this: open your offer and read its "allowed countries" list. Pick one Tier 3 country from it and write it down. That's your testing ground.
