Unit underperforming — first instinct is delete. Slow down.
Resize first: a too-big unit mid-content can tank because it shoves text and gets scrolled past fast. Drop a 336x280 to a 300x250, or a half-page to a rectangle, and the SAME slot can recover — less disruption, better viewability.
Only delete when the slot is genuinely in a dead zone (footer, deep sidebar) where no size saves it.
Resize the placement before you remove the income.
Test it on one page first.
