SOP: Ship a valid video sitemap
Video entries fail silently on missing required tags. Run the checklist.

Step 1 — Add namespace: xmlns:video="http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap-video/1.1"

Step 2 — Every <video:video> MUST include these required tags:
— ✅ thumbnail_loc
— ✅ title
— ✅ description (≤2,048 chars)
— ✅ content_loc OR player_loc (at least one)

Step 3 — duration in seconds, range ✅ 1 to 28,800 (8 hours max).

Step 4 — Thumbnail: ✅ 160×90 to 1920×1080 px, served at a 200 URL.

Step 5 — One <video:video> per actual video. Don't list the same video on 10 pages.

Step 6 — Validate against Google's video sitemap schema before submitting.

Definition of done: zero missing required tags across all entries, every thumbnail_loc returns 200, durations within range.
