Founder AMA that people show up for starts before you hit publish

Founder AMA that people show up for starts before you hit publish

Pick one sharp promise: product lesson, growth breakdown, or founder mistakes. “Ask me anything” is too wide; people skip vague rooms. Put the topic, who it helps, and one reason to care right in the title.

Then make the thread easy to enter:
• one clear start time
• 3–5 starter questions from the host
• a short founder bio with proof, not hype
• a rule on what will and won’t be answered

Warm up the audience before the AMA. Post a teaser in the subreddit, answer a few comments early, and have the founder reply fast in the first 15 minutes. The first replies set the tone, and dead silence kills momentum.

After the AMA, keep the thread alive: summarize the best answers, thank the subreddit mods, and reuse strong Q&A snippets in a follow-up post. That turns one event into ongoing trust.

Treat the AMA like a landing page: if the invite is vague, the room stays empty; if the topic is narrow and the host looks prepared, people stick around.
