Following up vs just emailing a new site
Ghosted. Now what?

— Chase a new prospect: feels productive, fresh inbox. But you throw away the warm-ish lead you already touched.
— Follow up the ghost: 2-3 day gap, one line, bump the thread. Most yeses I get come on follow-up #1 or #2, not the first email. People are just busy.

The math: a follow-up converts way higher per-minute than cold-emailing a stranger. Don't abandon a half-warm lead to scrape more cold ones.

My rule: two follow-ups, spaced 3 and 7 days, then drop it. Half my placements come from email #2. Set a reminder, don't 'remember to.'
