A database dump alone won't bring your site back. You'll have data and no site.
Everyone backs up the database because it's small and easy. Then disaster hits and they discover the uploads folder is gone, the .env with the encryption key is gone, the custom plugins are gone, the nginx config is gone.
Your rows are useless without the code that reads them and the assets they point to. A restore is the whole machine, not one table.
