LEMP stack from bare box in the right order

Install order saves you debugging socket errors later:
— nginx first: apt install nginx -y, confirm the default page loads
— MariaDB next: apt install mariadb-server -y then mysql_secure_installation — say yes to every prompt
— PHP-FPM last: apt install php8.3-fpm php8.3-mysql php8.3-cli -y
— Wire them up: point nginx at unix:/run/php/php8.3-fpm.sock — the socket is faster than TCP on the same box
— Test the chain with a one-line phpinfo(), then DELETE it
