□ 1. Keep one capture note open at all times — friction kills capture.
□ 2. Log three inputs daily: a question you got asked, a post that stopped you, a mistake you saw.
□ 3. Tag each as hook, format, or topic so it's sortable later.
□ 4. Every Friday, promote the five strongest into your produce queue.
□ 5. Archive anything untouched for 30 days — stale ideas clog the list.
